To obtain a quote, please email through your build requirements, contact details, attach any relevant plans (PDF) and include any other specific information relevant to your project.
It is also helpful to provide an approximate desired delivery date, if known. We will do our best to work to your timeline if possible.
The team will endeavour to get you the quote as soon as they can. Please be advised our current lead times for returning quotations are approximately 1-2 weeks.
If you would like to accept the quote and move to the production step, please email through a signed copy of the quotation, as well as any updated and final construction plans.
The team will be in touch to provide tentative, proposed delivery dates. Site Measures will also be arranged if necessary.
Please be advised our current lead times for delivery are approximately 5-6 weeks after acceptance of the quote. There is the possibility of squeeze in's for carports and similiar jobs, pending the calendar's availbility.
If you are not an account holder, a 50% deposit payment will be required to hold your production place. An invoice will be provided and payment is requested within 2 working days. Non payment may delay your production place.
A further invoice will follow, after detailing is complete, for the remaining balance of your job. This payment will be required before delivery.
You will receive an email requesting manufacturing confirmation, after detailing and prior to the production of your job. This will ensure all details are correct and manufacture can commence.
The factory team will be in touch before delivery to confirm all final delivery details, and to ensure that final payment has been made.
